Instructions to test this patch
--------------------------------
1. Build Alder Default
2. Apply Patch named getusermedia_dom_patch from snapshot-load 
3. Apply Patch named getusermedia_webrtc_backend from snapshot-load
4. Add ac_add_options --enable-media-navigator to your .mozconfig 
5. Add media.navigator.enabled to true preference in about:preferences page in the browser
6. Build Alder Again
7. Open Video.html , Audio.html or Snapshot.html for specific cases
8. Done
