I have found the solution of this issue go to google and search phone number lookup go on the first website and click on it and then login in that and then type the phone number like this :- +91any number and if truecaller have it gmail you will get the persons gmail account
if you search and not found the truecaller website this is the link https://www.truecaller.com/reverse-phone-number-lookup

if you search about any phone number and you got the information of that phone number then next time if it shows you that you have to give money to truecaller to get information of the phone number then click on the top right corner sign in option and then sign in with another gmail account and you can use it for free again
