What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Major dependency (pgx) update. Inspired by supabase/pg_graphql#358.
What is the current behavior?
Currently wrappers use pgx 0.6.1, which was prior to the the major rename of pgx to pgrx.

The old plugins should work like before without additional modification.
