Spiral vase mode should turn off some of SuperSlicer's new settings #944

There are several settings that get turned off or changed when one goes into spiral vase mode (the original one, not SuperSlicer's added one). To these should be added some SuperSlicer-specific settings:

Extra perimeter on overhang
Extra perimeter on odd layers

which silently force the emitted result out of spiral vase mode, and probably also:

Reverse on odd

which at present just seems to be ignored in spiral vase mode. Possibly "thin walls" too.

In general these are great settings to have, by the way; thanks for them.

also little pass on disabling options when they are not used (mostly perimeters & fills)
