I run the pom-merger.py script against the 2.3.57.10 version (I don't know if you target 2.3 or 2.4)

and ensure_vertical_shell_thickness needs to be activated so this algorithm can work

found it, it's the translation of between %1%%% %2%%% over external perimeters
currently set to 外围轮廓 but you need to add %1% and %2% somewhere (%% will write a %, that's why there is %% after the %X%).
