We hide "choicesVisibleIf" property and do not allow to filter choices if "choicesFromQuestion" property is set.
We did not create a copy of "ItemValue" object before and as result having a filtering functionality may lead to issues.
Currently we copy"ItemValue" and plus we allow to uses matrix dynamic and panel dynamic as source for "choicesFromQuestion" as result the filtering functionality can be supported.
