T19036 - A signature does not appear in PDF when signatures are stored in a server

You can see that both File Upload and Signature Pad stores images by their names, however, the survey.onDownloadFile event is not raised for the Signature Pad question. Therefore, it's impossible to preload a signature on a form startup and also export a signature to PDF.
