A simple work/break timer inspired by the TED Radio hour programme, "The Body Electric" https://www.npr.org/2023/11/07/1200611641/changing-our-sedentary-screen-filled-habits This is a very simple timmer to which I will add features later (like selecting different intervals). But for now it's 30 minutes work 5 minutes break which was the most effective interval as discussed in the Columbia University study: https://journals.lww.com/acsm-msse/abstract/2023/05000/breaking_up_prolonged_sitting_to_improve.9.aspx
