Unison release artifacts before version 0.5.28 didn't put the processor architecture in the URL (e.g. https://github.com/unisonweb/unison/releases/tag/release%2F0.5.27), but versions 0.5.28 and above do ( e.g. https://github.com/unisonweb/unison/releases/tag/release%2F0.5.28). This PR adds support for these newer versions.
