#639. Lots more to do here...

other adapters
make the app itself better: "a super basic hello world that has page with a dynamic parameter, an endpoint with a dynamic parameter, a handful of static files, something prerenderable, maybe a setup function to make sure things work in an env-agnostic way, etc"

...but this gives us a template I think we can use.
