chore: fix description of SvelteKit demo app

I created a demo app

When visiting localhost/sverdle, I see an error.

answers is not defined
ReferenceError: answers is not defined
    at new Game (/src/routes/sverdle/+page.server.js:82:44)
    at load (/src/routes/sverdle/+page.server.js:5:15)

I haven't touched any code, just created the app, ran the dev server and visited /sverdle. Please look into this :)
