CSharp client: create csproj file #1883
Description
The csharp client generation code can generate an AssemblyInfo.cs, but it does not yet create a project (.csproj) file to contain the proxy files. Is anyone else working on something like that? If others would find this useful I'm willing to implement the functionality.
