usage: ./zmqcat [-t type] -e endpoint [-b] [-v]
-t : PUSH | PULL | REQ | REP | PUB | SUB
-e : endpoint, e.g. "tcp://127.0.0.1:5000"
-b : bind instead of connect
-v : verbose output to stderr
- Implement subscribe parameter flag to actually have usable PUB/SUB.
- Test larger buffers and associated performance.
- Allow stand-alone devices.
