swc_ecma_transforms_compat:

• Fix this in class properties. (Closes wrong this convert when use extend #2228)

swc_ecma_transforms_typescript:

• Handle import = correctly. (Closes Typescript import = Namespace isn't transpiled correctly #2234)
• Ensure that JS runtime error occurs when nested namespaces of the same name conflict with each other. #1653 is not the case anymore. (Closes JS runtime error occurs when nested namespaces of the same name conflict with each other. #1653)

swc:
