@silverjam Looks like there are AWS authentication errors that are causing the build to fail. Any suggestions? |

Go ahead and merge since it’s just a readme change— if we ever rebuild these toolchains we’ll need move this repo to Jenkins since they’re pretty onerous compile times. |

Background on what it's downloading: it's downloading an archive of a ccache cache directory, this was the only way I could get the build to pass remotely in the time constraints given by Travis, which was to pre-build everything locally, tar up the cache directory, then place it on S3. I think I even asked Travis support to bump the time limit to 2 hours. |
