  • Explanation: This makes the format the same as the one in sourcekit-lsp, converging towards a single format style. It also simplifies cherry-picks from main to release/6.0
  • Scope: No functionality change only adjusts formatting
  • Risk: Very low, no functionality change
  • Testing: Ran test suite
  • Issue: rdar://123241356
