There is a license file in a prominent place in the repository, why duplicate this information? |

What's notable is that I do not see see any place where the boilerplate notice is actually attached and 'applied' (hence I included it in the README). Including that notice in the LICENSE would certainly help! |

This is technically incorrect, since we are based on the Apache 2 license, yet have eliminated the binary distribution clause from it. It's best to leave it out of the readme. |
