Based on the selected hospital from the dropdown, the Patient Hospital ID value will change accordingly.

The hospital shown on top of the card is the one selected in the Directory's dropdown.

Back button returns the user to the Directory screen.

No 'Edit' button (for now).

Implement tabs either with Tabs or custom.

Register an Episode button will show across all 3 tabs.

Only Details tab will be implemented for now.
