This PR improves the GitLab instructions.
Due to an issue with the Kubernetes deployment with MLEM on GitLab (waiting for an answer on Discord - Reported on GitHub iterative/mlem#700), the guide can only work until the end of chapter 13 on GitLab.
Edit: I added instructions to disable telemetry to fix the mentioned issue. The instructions works until the end of chapter 14 for both GitHub and GitLab.
