- updated phpunit.xml.dist to make it similar to SilverStripe CMS - updated phpcs.xml.dist. Added directories. - updated composer.json with PHPUnit to 9.5 & SilverStripe CMS 4.11 - updated Readme.md for removal of travis & replacement with GitHub Actions - removed travis - added GitHub Actions folder & files - added default email address to MemberConfirmationAdminTest & MemberConfirmationEmailTest
To exclude bootstrap-phpstan.php from PHP_CodeSniffer
