minor #6245 [Cookbook][Console] change API doc class name (xabbuh)

This PR was merged into the 2.7 branch.

[Cookbook][Console] change API doc class name

The article describes the methods of the `SymfonyStyle` class and not
the `StyleInterface` (new methods can only be added to the class but not
to the interface before Symfony 4.0).
