Could we change the IRC channel link to point to http://symfony.com/irc? I find this page more humand-friendly and useful than linking to the irc:// protocol.

As Stack Overflow is now the preferred web based support platform and both the mailing list and the forum will be shut down, we should not refer to them anymore.

we are using https links for symfony.com everywhere.

The switch was done in #5467 after this PR was merged and also updated this file.
