@syncfusion/ej2-vue-schedule: Changing event end does not work

Reproduction:

1. Open scheduler demo "Row Auto Height" in https://ej2.syncfusion.com/vue/demos/?_gl=1*de355b*_ga*MTg0NTg5MjIwNS4xNzQ4NjE1Mzk0*_ga_41J4HFMX1J*czE3NTEzMTg0MzMkbzQkZzEkdDE3NTEzMTkyNjgkajMzJGwwJGgw#/bootstrap5/schedule/adaptive-rows.html
2. choose the event "Board Meeting" in Room A on August 2 2021
3. try to change the end time from 11 am to 11:30 by dragging the end of the event using your mouse
4. after mouse release, the event end falls back to 11 am

Hint: after using bin-search on different versions of @syncfusion/ej2-vue-schedule, i found out version 27.2.2 was the last version which worked as expected
