Syncfusion® UWP Spreadsheet Editor samples

This repository contains the demos for the Syncfusion® Spreadsheet Editor SDK for UWP. It is the best place to explore our UWP Spreadsheet Editor control and gain insights into API usage. The Syncfusion UWP Spreadsheet Editor is an Excel-inspired component that allows you to create, edit, view, and format Excel files without requiring Excel. The UWP Spreadsheet SDK enables you to work with Microsoft Excel files natively within a UWP application.

Requirements to Run the Demo

The samples requires Windows 10 and Visual Studio 2015 or higher to build, test and deploy. Syncfusion controls supports “Build 10240 (Windows 10, version 1507)” and higher versions.

Using the Samples

The easiest way to use these samples without using Git is to download the zip file by clicking the "Download ZIP" button on the repo page.You can then unzip the entire archive and use the samples.

Notes:

• Before you unzip the archive, right-click it, select Properties, and then select Unblock.
• Be sure to unzip the entire archive, and not just individual samples. The samples all depend on the SharedContent folder in the archive.

Installation Requirements:

1. Install required Syncfusion NuGet packages (automatically restored when building the project)

2. Set the solution's target CPU architecture to x64.

To use the Syncfusion UWP samples, Syncfusion license key should be registered in SyncfusionLicense.txt file. Refer this link for more information.

Reminder: If you unzip individual samples, they will not build due to references to other portions of the ZIP file that were not unzipped. You must unzip the entire archive if you intend to build the samples.
