Adding new switches (multibyte commands) #17

Added switchs:
Save last battery change date
Shutdown with grace period
Soft shutdown
Shutdown immediately
Turn on

I was able to add an input number to enter dates, but it's inconvenient.
I couldn't add the datetime, so I use template and lambda.
If you can correctly add datetime to the component, it will be good!
