Lots of minor improvements:

Change system theme as well as app theme on Windows 10 Insider build
Fix link to get more themes online
Themes can now be imported from ZIP files
Show image credits in theme dialog
Update wallpaper when system time changes
Add experimental feature to change lockscreen image (see here for more details)
