What Is Changing
Maintenance PR, upgrading all Go dependencies for the provider.
Note
I was unable to update the https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform-plugin-go package to the newest v0.22, as HashiCorp has released a backwards incompatible change in this release while its dependencies in the framework have yet to release their updates to match.
Test Steps
make generateto render thedocs/folder?integration/tests with a terraform test compatible change?
