In previous versions of Tailwind we'd pull pseudo elements like
::before
and::after
to the end of the selector. This behavior changed with the introduction of:is
in variants likedark
,rtl
, etc…Now we'll move pseudo elements outside of
:is
and:has
because they're not valid inside them. In addition for pseudo elements like::file-selector-button
which accept:hover
or other user-action pseudo classes we will move them as a group outside of:is
or:has
