Note: Before reporting an issue, check that you have 'Scan Library on Launch' enabled in the settings!

If you've found a bug in any component of TriPlayer, please open an issue in this repository with the following structure (replace each section with your own information):

Bug Description

Describe the bug in enough detail that I'm able to understand it!

e.g. Pressing 'Removing Unneeded Images' in the application settings appears to delete all images as they all show up blank afterwards.

Expected Behaviour

Describe the expected behaviour.

e.g. No unnecessary images are deleted.

Current Behaviour

Describe the current behaviour.

e.g. All of the images in my library appear to be deleted.

Steps to Reproduce

Provide a step-by-step description of how to reproduce the bug.

e.g.

  1. Launch the Application
  2. Navigate to Settings > Metadata
  3. Press Remove Unneeded Images
  4. Navigate to Albums and see blank images

Note: If the crash is completely random you can omit this section.

Switch Setup

Include all relevant system information, including:

  • Atmosphere version and whether SysMMC or EmuMMC
  • Horizon (Switch OS) version
  • TriPlayer version (found on the splash screen or Settings > About)

e.g.

  • Atmosphere 0.14.4 SysMMC
  • Firmware 10.0.0
  • TriPlayer 1.0.0

Extra Attachments

Include any additional information that you believe would be helpful to fixing the bug. Useful information includes:

  • Atmosphere Crash Reports (found in /atmosphere/crash_reports)
    • You'll usually want the most recent one, but you can check if it's the correct one by checking if the process is called TriPlayer, ovl-TriPlayer or sys-triplayer.
  • Config files (found in /config/TriPlayer)
  • Log files (found in /switch/TriPlayer)
    • If the bug is reproducible, please set your log levels to Info, then recreate the bug before uploading them!
  • Screenshots/Videos
