Expose modules

As requested by #33, here we expose the modules in their correct init.py files.

Note: an issue I'm seeing that I can't figure out is that for some reason
from biogtr.models import GlobalTrackingTransformer works but import biogtr.models.GlobalTrackingTransformer does not. I'm not sure if this is expected/desired behavior but I'm not sure why the latter doesn't work because in biogtr/models/__init__.py I have
from .global_tracking_transformer import GlobalTrackingTransformer
and in biogtr/__init__.py I have
from .models import GlobalTrackingTransformer. I've also tried from .models.global_tracking_transformer import GlobalTrackingTransformer but that doesn't work either...
