Both iOS releases include avfoundation support by default. However, enabling avfoundation forces users to set camera permission in their Info.plist file, even though they are not using it. A solution is needed for those users who don't use camera api and don't want to update permissions. Disabling avfoundation in LTS releases can be an option for them.
This change will align camera support for both LTS releases. Android's LTS releases already don't support the camera api.
