Add “None” Option & Global Subtitle Disable

Description:
Subtitles are always enabled in Nuvio TV. Please add a “None” option to turn off subtitles and a global setting in Settings to disable subtitles permanently for lifetime across all movies and series.
Expected:
Once disabled from Settings, subtitles should stay off for all content.

this can be done already by disabling the Auto-Select Subtitles option
