tt 2.0: changes in basic commands

Details

tt commands related to creating and working with an application should be updated taking into account a new configuration approach:

• tt check: new source file locator: app/source-file(.lua).
  

• tt create:

  • new templates?
  • Configuration template?

• tt instances: shows a tree of apps and their instances
  

• tt pack: check text

• tt start/stop/restart/status: rewrite the description to match new app layout and location.

Definition of done

• The tt commands reference explain how to used them with Tarantool 3.0 clusters/apps.
