Add missing and new queue methods

Currently, go-tarantool does not support the following methods:

Old:

New:

* [release_all()](https://github.com/tarantool/queue#releasing-all-taken-tasks)
* [state()](https://github.com/tarantool/queue#queue-state-diagram)
