Fixing Quickstart Problem

After merging PR #1379, the documentation did not build. This should fix that issue.

Description

I just changed the filepath in one line of quickstart.ipynb.

Motivation and Context

As mentioned, the documentation did not build after merging PR #1379 due to a faulty filepath.
