How to trade a shift

Go to your Kitab webpage, and login

Go to Trades > Make a trade in the menu. Start writing the name of the person initiating the trade (usually you)

After a few seconds, the system should identify the name, and offer a dropdown

Select the name from the Dropdown

The calendar should now update with shifts belonging to the person you have selected. Pick the date of the shift you wish to trade.

Double check that the shift you want to trade is the correct one for that day

Start entering as many people as you want to offer this shift trade to.

Note that each person must have a 'box' and the little 'x' around to be successfully selected.

Once you're done, you can hit submit.
