fix: only use localhost for http and grpc server

Only listen on localhost for these two services. This avoids having to ask for firewall permission

Will this be configurable? A local network with multiple non-Universe miners would need the ability to set at least the grpc listening IP to avoid requiring a sha-p2pool instance on each miner
