Description
Adds sidebars charts for miner uptime and network hash rate.
This currently has demo data in, so needs to be connected to the backend.
I changed the chart that displays for hash rate - the one in figma doesn't really make sense, because the hash rate blocks get longer across the wrong axis.
Also removed the scheduler and test buttons.
