VIC 5.1.irrig.imperv.deep_esoil, v1.0

This is a branch off of VIC 5.1 that contains enhancements for irrigation (based on Haddeland et al., 2006), urban impervious surfaces, and soil evaporation that optionally draws from the top 2 soil layers.
