BindingRestProperty resolving the binding in a different order compared to BindingRestElement #36
Description
BindingRestElement: ... BindingIdentifier resolves the binding before the iteration, whereas BindingRestProperty: ... BindingIdentifier calls CopyDataProperties before resolving the binding. For consistency BindingRestProperty should also first call ResolveBinding.
