If you use direnv but you don't use Nix then having the default lorri .envrc come with the repo is a bit annoying.
This PR renames it and includes a mention of it in the README, with instructions for how to re-enable. Adding .envrc to gitignore means that other developers can put their own script here if they wish, too.
Thanks for considering this small but convenient (for me, at least) change!
