build: remove old go auth and dotnet registration packages #175

  • Removes the old Auth service written in Go and Registration service written in .NET in favor for Rust program.
  • Disables publishing SDK packages on nightly. It's not maintainable for the long run.
  • Bump Node.js version for RCE, Dogfood and Landing to 20.12.x
