All of the content from the step status tab is already included in the TaskRun status tab, as well as other useful information. Having this duplicated adds no benefit and confuses users as they occasionally mistake this tab for the one on the TaskRun and think there's content missing. This change also aligns with our plans to change how the content in the 'details' tab is presented, ultimately removing the use of tabs on the step details view entirely so logs are the only remaining content.
