Fixes #812

Description

This PR removes the initial EVM/Zero Tab selection and replace it for a network selector including the following chains:

• Telos EVM
• Telos Zero
• Telos EVM (Testenet)
• Telos Zero (Testnet)

Spoke to Justin and Waxa @Viterbo - they both like this solution. The only thing is they ideally want separate logos for native and EVM. I'm looking to get these logos for you now.

@Viterbo this can be deployed. Once we have network specific logos we can swap them out. I'll let you merge to develop and them to master to do the deployment.
