Bumps go.temporal.io/api from 1.17.0 to 1.18.1.

Release notes

Sourced from go.temporal.io/api's releases.

v1.18.1

  • Add metering metadata field to WFT completion & corresponding event

(there is also a v1.18.0 tag that was initially created at the wrong commit, and then I moved, which caused problems w/ Go proxies, hence the need for this tag. This still corresponds to the 1.18.0 API tag).
