fix dependencies that were breaking the darwin/arm64 build

The homebrew darwin/arm64 build is broken due to some dependencies.

Steps to reproduce:
Download the build via curl: curl https://codeload.github.com/accurics/terrascan/tar.gz/v1.3.0 > v1.3.0.tar.gz
Extract, then run:
GOOS=darwin GOARCH=arm64 go1.16beta1 build -trimpath -o terrascan ./cmd/terrascan

pkg/iac-providers/kustomize/v3/load-dir.go:11:2: missing go.sum entry for module providing package sigs.k8s.io/kustomize/api/filesys; try 'go mod tidy' to add it
pkg/iac-providers/kustomize/v3/load-dir.go:12:2: missing go.sum entry for module providing package sigs.k8s.io/kustomize/api/krusty; try 'go mod tidy' to add it

The updated files are provided via go mod tidy.
