feat: updating terrain cli functionality (#99)

* feat: terrain cli update, auto npm installs

Adding 'alert' functionality to Terrain CLI mainly to specify commands or next steps that a user should complete.  Also, automatically executing 'npm i' commands in the main dapp and frontend directories.

* style: removing unnecessary process exit

* style: updating TerrainCLI prefix

* build: Fix lockfile.
