Issue description

When trying to run the example tasks provided in the counter dapp template, I get typescript compilation error.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Create new dapp from template.
  2. Run terrain task:run template, or with any of the other example tasks.
  3. See error

Tools and operating system versions

8.11.0
v16.16.0
docker-compose version 1.27.2, build 18f557f9
Docker version 20.10.15, build fd82621
@terra-money/terrain/0.4.1 linux-x64 node-v16.16.0

There is a release candidate that fixes this issue. I will keep you updated when the new version is released

Latest Terrain release includes a fix for this: https://github.com/terra-money/terrain/releases/tag/v0.5.7

check it out and let me know if you continue to run into any issues!
