feat: Update CIS-Alarms for v1.4.0 of the AWS Benchmark #26

Description

Update cis-alarms to match v1.4.0 (05-28-2021) of the CIS Amazon Web Services Foundations Benchmark.

  • Update UnauthorizedAPICalls pattern
  • Update NoMFAConsoleSignin pattern (using the pattern to reduce false positives incase Single Sign-On (SSO) is used in organization
  • Fix DisableOrDeleteCMK description
  • Fix VPCChanges description
  • Add AWSOrganizationsChanges control

Motivation and Context

Our organisation is trying to meet the v1.4.0 version of the CIS benchmark

Breaking Changes

None I'm aware of
