We're using your module. I'm a big fan of seeing this change through, because we try to keep a very clean, no warnings environment. I run into this warning all the time doing code reviews and I don't like it.

Came here to fix it and I see there is already a fix ready, but not released with 2.4.

What makes this a breaking change? I'd love to see this change go out.
